World of Animals at Rittenhouse is a full-service animal hospital serving pets and their families in Center City Philadelphia. Our veterinarians and veterinary staff are committed to providing high-quality health care with convenience and compassion, while helping clients better understand every aspect of their pets’ health and preventative care.

We are looking for a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our Rittenhouse team. This is an opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys building relationships with clients, practicing comprehensive small animal medicine, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about the patients entrusted to them. This role is best for a veterinarian with at least two years of experience and surgical abilities.

At Rittenhouse, our primary goal is to provide quality care for our clients’ pets. We understand that caring for an animal can be both a day-to-day challenge and a learning experience, and our veterinarians are committed to sharing their knowledge and expertise with the families they serve.

The hospital provides a broad range of veterinary services, including physical examinations, vaccinations, spay and neuter procedures, allergy testing and relief, flea and tick control, dental care, surgical care, heartworm prevention, and boarding.

Rittenhouse also offers convenient extended weekday hours, along with weekend availability, making it easier for clients to access veterinary care when they need it.

Located at 408 S. 20th Street in Philadelphia, World of Animals Rittenhouse puts you in the heart of one of the city’s most recognizable neighborhoods. Enjoy the nearby restaurants and shops of Rittenhouse Square, spend time exploring the Schuylkill River Trail, or head into Center City for Philadelphia’s museums, historic sites, and incredible food scene. Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM |Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
