SM Lawn Care is seeking a dependable Landscape Crew Member to assist with lawn care and landscaping services on residential and commercial properties.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to develop skills in the landscaping industry
.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and be part of a hardworking team.

• Assist with lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Help with landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, and bed maintenance
• Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain a clean and professional job site

• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

• $19–$24 per hour based on experience
