Terrain Park Crew

Hatcher Alpine Xperience is a 501c(3) tax-exempt organization developing Skeetawk; a new alpine ski, snowboard, and recreation facility in Hatcher Pass (Palmer) Alaska. We are hiring a Part-time Terrain Park Crew member to support daily preparation and maintenance of terrain park features.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Advanced skiing or riding skills capable of test riding terrain park features.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold climates for extended periods of time.

• Prior experience building, maintaining, and riding terrain park features.

• Conduct daily morning inspection and maintenance of terrain park features to prepare for opening.
• Conduct daily morning inspection and maintenance of signs and ropelines to prepare terrain park for opening.
• Assist Ski Patrol in closing terrain park and conducting AIs during terrain park related incidents.
• Under the direction of the Snow Surfaces Manager, assist in terrain park design and construction.

This is a part-time seasonal position with an average of 20 hours per week during the operating season. Regular Schedule is Thursday - Monday and all MSBSD holidays. Must have the ability to pass a background check.
