Copeland Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our Evening Emergency Services team in Cookeville, TN.
If you are a GP veterinarian interested in emergency medicine, urgent care, or expanding your surgical and diagnostic experience, without the burnout of overnight ER work, we encourage you to apply. Monday-Thursday, 4pm-12am - Snuggle puppies and kittens! You'll have a diverse caseload, including general practice and emergency patients, that keeps every shift engaging and rewarding.

- Ideal for veterinarians interested in emergency medicine, urgent care, surgery, and advanced diagnostics.
Experienced DVMs also have the flexibility to work 14-16 shifts per 4-week block. At Copeland Veterinary Hospital, you'll practice elevated medicine through our walk-in ER model while being supported by an experienced veterinary team and highly trained technicians. Whether you are already practicing emergency medicine or are a GP veterinarian eager to grow your emergency and surgical skills, this role offers the perfect blend of professional development and work-life balance.
Compensation& Benefits Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000-$160,000 + production (no negative accrual)
- Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus for experienced veterinarians
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Experienced General Practice or Emergency Veterinarian
- Active Tennessee veterinary license preferred (licensure transfer assistance available)
