The Wildlife Center of Long Island in Huntington, NY is seeking a Wildlife Caretaker for a six-month seasonal position. Compensation is $20–$23/hour based on experience, with a Thursday–Saturday 8am–4pm schedule and a start date around October 1.
The role involves caring for injured and orphaned wildlife, feeding and daily husbandry, basic medical tasks as trained, record keeping, and working with volunteers.
