Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Director &
Associate Veterinarian
to join our team at
Shatto Veterinary Center
. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care and possess excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients. You will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff and will work closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Director.

A Medical Director Leadership Opportunity is available for anyone with a passion for exceptional medical standards, creating protocols, mentoring DVMs & partnering with our management team to help grow the practice. We are offering a Generous Medical Director Salary of $200,000 - $265,000, Quarterly No Deficit Carry Over Production based bonus structure, an Annual Medical Director Stipend & Signing, Retention and Relocation packages up to $125,000
