Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Hourly

As a Fertilization Technician, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, and other treatments to help our clients' landscapes thrive. In addition to fertilizing, you’ll be responsible for safely spraying weeds and addressing pest issues. A Registered Technician certification is required, or the ability to obtain one upon hire. You’ll work independently or with a small team, ensuring our clients' lawns and landscapes receive the care they need to look their best.

• Apply fertilizers, weed control treatments, and pest management products to lawns and landscapes.
• Safely operate and maintain spraying equipment, ensuring proper application techniques.
• Diagnose lawn and landscape health issues, including pest problems, soil deficiencies, and weed infestations.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, treatments, and client interactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
• Work in various outdoor conditions, rain or shine, hot or cold!
• Obtain and maintain a Registered Technician certification (if not already certified).

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of fertilizers, herbicides, and pest management products.
• A desire to learn and grow—whether that’s expanding your knowledge of lawn care, pest control, or obtaining your Registered Technician certification.
