Gardner: Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Gardener to join our team for 16 hours per week.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining and improving our gardens and outdoor areas, ensuring they remain attractive, tidy and well cared for throughout the year
.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General garden maintenance, including mowing, strimming, weeding and pruning
• Planting and caring for flowers, shrubs and other plants
• Maintaining lawns, borders, pathways and outdoor areas
• Keeping gardens clean, tidy and presentable
• Carrying out seasonal gardening duties
• Using and maintaining gardening tools and equipment safely
• Identifying and reporting gardening or maintenance issues
• Working independently and managing tasks effectively

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in gardening and outdoor work
• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Has good practical skills and a positive attitude
