Sunnyside Scapes, a three-generation family-owned lawn and landscape business serving Southwest Florida, is looking for a reliable Lawn Crew Member/Mower Operator to join our team. You'll be out on routes running mowers, trimming, edging, and blowing to keep our customers' yards looking sharp - working alongside a crew that takes pride in doing the job right. This is a great fit for someone who likes working outdoors, doesn't mind Florida heat, and wants steady, full days on a crew that has each other's backs.

No office, no cubicle - just good work and a paycheck that reflects it.

• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, not required - we'll train the right person
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and humidity for full shifts
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
• Team player with a strong work ethic and good attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Operate walk-behind and/or riding mowers safely and efficiently
• Trim, edge, and blow to finish each property to a clean standard
• Load/unload and maintain equipment (basic cleaning, blade checks, fuel)
• Follow safe operating procedures, especially around heat and traffic
• Communicate professionally with teammates and, occasionally, customers
• Help keep the truck/trailer organized and job sites tidy
