Veterinary Oncologist - Sign-On Bonus Potential

CVETS is seeking a Veterinary Oncologist to join our growing team in a unique split-role position across our West Columbia and Northeast locations- just 20 minutes apart. Impact as a Veterinary Oncologist at CVETS

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and expand oncology services within a modern, integrated care model blending outpatient efficiency with advanced inpatient support.

  • Lead Oncology Care Across Settings:
    Provide consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and chemotherapy services at both West Columbia and Northeast locations
  • Build & Grow the Service:
    Play a key role in developing and expanding oncology offerings within a growing, forward-thinking system
  • Collaborate Across Specialties:
    Partner closely with Surgery, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and Emergency clinicians to deliver comprehensive cancer care
  • Leverage Advanced Resources:
    Utilize cutting-edge diagnostics and collaborate with a deep bench of specialists including Radiology, Cardiology, Neurology, and Critical Care
  • Ensure Continuity of Care:
    Guide patients and clients through diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management with compassion and clarity

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Board-Certified (DACVIM – Oncology) or Residency-Trained
  • Strong clinical expertise in medical oncology and chemotherapy administration
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach
