• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
• Maryland State License (or ability to transfer from another state)
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and passion for emergency medicine

For new graduates:
You'll receive hands-on mentorship from both our practice owner and medical director - no internship required. We'll give you the structure, support, and salary you deserve to build confidence and competence in emergency medicine.
