We are a
100% small animal practice (with a small percentage of exotics) and pride ourselves on providing individualized patient care with manageable appointment times. Doctors typically see about 7–10 patients per day
, with 30-minute wellness and sick appointments and extended one-hour appointments for more complex cases.

One of the things that makes Polo Springs unique is our commitment to advanced patient care. We partner with a local board-certified surgeon who performs advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures right in our hospital, allowing clients to avoid traveling to specialty centers. We also encourage owners to stay with their pets before and after surgery whenever possible to help reduce stress and create a more positive experience.

We're hiring for a
part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week
and are happy to consider experienced veterinarians or new graduates alike. Best of all,
there are no after-hours or on‑call responsibilities

Position pays a base salary of $50k-$75k (depending on schedule, experience, etc.). There is also a quarterly production bonus. Also offering signing bonus.
