We’re looking for a Maintenance (MT) Landscape Crew Member to support daily field operations and help deliver exceptional service to our clients safely and efficiently.

As an MT Landscape Crew Member, you are a key part of the Maintenance Division. You’ll work alongside your Foreman and crew to complete scheduled maintenance services while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, operating equipment, working outdoors, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. During winter months, this role may assist with snow operations as needed.

• Communicate with your Foreman to plan daily work and assist with loading/unloading trucks and materials
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning (3 D’s), bed weeding, and general landscape maintenance
• Safely operate landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, saws, and snow equipment
• Complete jobs on time while meeting quality and budget standards
• Conduct daily vehicle, tool, and job site inspections
• Follow all safety and PPE guidelines
• Maintain clean, organized trucks, equipment, and job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and support overall team goals
