As the Landscape Service Foreman, you’ll lead on-site operations and turn outdoor spaces into vibrant, welcoming, well-cared for landscapes across Vermont’s ever-changing seasons. From spring clean up and summer lawn care to fall leaf services and winter snow management, you'll perform and organize daily landscape operations, maintain strict quality and safety standards, and inspire a hard-working team. You will get broad exposure to experts in landscaping and a wide range of equipment.

• Perform high-quality landscape services in alignment with estimates.
• Review job plans and schedules with the Account Manager.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with crew members.
• Professionally interact and communicate with clients while on site.
• Ensure all work activities are conducted safely and efficiently and in compliance with government and company safety standards.
• Safely operate trucks and trailers.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, pruners, shovels, edgers, wheelbarrows, backpack blowers, rototillers, other small engine tools & some heavy equipment.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of small tools and equipment.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience relevant in landscape services (lawn care, snow removal and/or related fields).
• Knowledge of summer and/or winter landscaping services, techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards.
• Perform professionally under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of web-based applications for time-keeping and job tracking.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Competitive pay: $26–$32/hr, based on experience
