The Arc of San Diego
is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to support grounds maintenance operations at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, a military base in San Diego. This temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining professional landscapes, and have experience operating landscaping equipment.

- Perform landscape and grounds maintenance duties, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, raking, sweeping, and trash removal.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, weed trimmers, chainsaws, tractors, and other groundskeeping tools.
- Load and unload equipment and supplies as needed.
- Complete work assignments efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with team members and customers.
- Minimum one year of landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related outdoor labor experience.
- Experience operating landscaping power equipment and riding lawn mowers.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
