Luv Your Petz Pet Sitting is looking for the right person to join our professional pet care team!

Since 1999, we have provided loving, dependable care of our clients’ pets and homes. We take the responsibility very seriously.

Professional pet sitting requires trust, consistency, responsibility, excellent communication, attention to detail, and commitment.

Our clients trust us with beloved members of their families and with access to their homes. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of that responsibility and takes their commitments seriously.

We are currently looking for someone available to work approximately 7:00 AM–11:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

This is a part-time position, and scheduled days and hours may vary. You may not work all five days every week.

Communication is extremely important at Luv Your Petz! You must be able to respond promptly and professionally to work-related texts, phone calls, emails, and other communication.

You must also be comfortable learning and using technology. We use a mobile app and other tools to access schedules, client instructions, visit details, and communicate with our team.

Strong attention to detail is essential. Our pet sitters must carefully follow client instructions and each pet's individual care routine.

This position requires a high level of commitment and reliability.

When you accept a scheduled pet care assignment, our team, clients and their pets are counting on you!!

We expect our team members to honor their commitments, arrive on time, complete visits as instructed, and communicate immediately if a genuine emergency arises.

Reliability is non-negotiable.

If you are unable to make a serious commitment to scheduled responsibilities, this position may not be the right fit for you.

Professional pet sitting experience is NOT required!

The right person will receive online and in-person training before being expected to handle visits independently.

During the training process, you will learn how Luv Your Petz operates, including our standards for:

• Client and team communication
• Following detailed instructions

You will have the opportunity to learn our systems and expectations before being entrusted with independent responsibilities.

We want every team member to be properly trained, confident, prepared, and comfortable before caring for our clients’ pets and homes independently.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old due to our liability insurance requirements.
• Be dependable, responsible, trustworthy, and highly detail-oriented.
• Have excellent communication skills and respond promptly to work-related communication.
• Have a very reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record.
• Be willing to complete any required background and driving-record screenings.
• Be willing to complete any requested drug screening.
