Client Service Representative - Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital

Norristown, PA | Full Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour

Do you love animals and have a natural talent for communication? Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital (HVSH) is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to support the connection between our veterinary team and the pet families we serve.

This is a back-office administrative role whereyou won't provide hands-on clinical care to patients. Instead, you'll be an important voice for our hospital, helping pet owners get the information, support, and assistance they need while keeping communication flowing with our veterinary teams.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of phone calls and email correspondence with professionalism and compassion
• Serve as a liaison between pet owners and hospital staff
• Communicate information accurately and help coordinate client needs
• Assist with scheduling, records, and other administrative tasks
• Address questions and concerns and escrow issues when appropriate
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the hospital team

What We r Looking For

• Previous experience working with animals is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Compassionate and professional, especially during stressful situations
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team member
• Customer service, veterinary, medical, or administrative experience is a plus
