Bill Johnston Landscape Company is hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader based in Willow Grove, PA. This full-time leadership position oversees professional landscaping crews serving residential and commercial properties throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County, PA.

• Lead and work alongside a landscaping crew
• Survey client properties and determine scope of work
• Design basic landscape layouts
• Estimate labor hours and materials
• Coordinate scheduling with clients
• Prepare crews and equipment for daily job sites
• Supervise and instruct crew members (Spanish-speaking team)
• Ensure proper job costing and material tracking
• Assist with seasonal planning and hiring

• 3+ months experience as Landscaping Worker, Laborer, or similar role
• Experience leading crews preferred
• Fluency in English required
• Spanish preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong knowledge of plant varieties and landscaping equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
