, located in Victor, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for aFull-Time Seasonal Grounds Crew! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Must possess the ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course.

Experience with operating greens and fairway mowers preferred.

Must possess the ability to create spray programs for the golf course, including greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaping.

Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course operations.

Ability to give oral and written instructions.

Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation.

Must be dependable.

• Perform duties that help maintain the Golf Course and Grounds: string trimming, mower operation, raking bunkers
• Operate golf course equipment in a safe manner
• Participate in projects
• Assist in maintaining landscaping throughout the course and grounds

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
• Mows greens, aprons, fairways, roughs, tees, and other areas.
• Waters tees, greens, and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water.
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes, and irrigation heads as needed.
• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod, and seeds greens, tees, and fairways.
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds.
• Applies pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to the golf course.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Work Schedule:
Monday thru Friday plus weekends

Employees age 19+ are eligible for the 401(k) plan.
