• Valid Texas driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat
• Reliable transportation to job site
• Lawn care experience preferred but not required

Apply pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicide treatments to residential lawns. Must be licensed or willing to obtain Texas pesticide applicator license.

• Texas pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain)
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Attention to detail and safety-conscious

Lead a small crew of 2-3 technicians on daily routes. Responsible for quality control, crew communication, and ensuring jobs are completed on schedule.

• 2+ years of lawn care or landscaping experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
