* JOB DESCRIPTION:

** Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Farm Assistant for a progressive, family-oriented farming operation in Nebraska. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on agricultural experience and a strong desire to grow within the operation. This is a diverse role with opportunity to specialize based on skills and interests — whether that's planting and planter maintenance, spraying, harvesting, or irrigation. Starting out person probably won't run planter or combine, but as person proves themself, that opportunity will be there.
The employer values individuals who take pride in their work, see the big picture, and are eager to learn every facet of the farm. This is not a short-term position — it's a career opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a successful, long-term operation.
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, and the employer offers a good benefits package. The area offers excellent school options (with bus service) and excellent for a spouse seeking employment.
If you're looking for a place to build your agricultural career and be part of a respected, professional operation — this is the opportunity for you.
** BENEFITS:
** Employee Health Insurance, Work Vehicle, Some Beef
** ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. NO FEES TO APPLICANTS.
