Job Details Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines
- Identify and document product and process non-conformances; help investigate the root cause of the non-conformance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree Preferred
- At least two years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards (ISO, FMP, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to demonstrate LION’s core beliefs
- Ability to proactively collaborate with a team
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
- Previous experience in the garment industry is a plus
