You support our team as Quality Manager – ready to drive comfort with us?

Responsibilities
  • You set‑up and maintain the local quality management system complying with all Vibracoustic quality standards and customer specific requirements.
  • You initiate appropriate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to products, processes, and quality systems.
  • You represent the needs of our customers in internal functions to increase overall customer satisfaction.
  • You lead and develop the local quality team to achieve best‑in‑class results.
  • As main customer interface for any quality‑related claims you establish a professional customer complaint management analyzing root causes for any returns.
  • You coordinate internal/external customer and process audits monitoring the effectiveness of the VC Quality Management System.
  • You drive continuous improvement programs and problem solving processes to achieve zero defect and to avoid waste.
Qualifications
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a comparable education.
  • You are familiar with ISO 9001 or the IATF 16949 quality management system in the automotive industry to constantly strengthen product quality.
  • You are able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, capability and statistical analysis, you can read blueprints and have an understanding of GDT.
  • As an experienced team leader you know how to develop your team for future needs and demands.
  • As a team player with high engagement, you communicate with your colleagues and customers in English and local language.
