Job Summary
Form Factor, Inc. is a leading provider of test and measurement technologies for the semiconductor industry. The Quality Assurance Technician 2 position ensures product quality by inspecting in‑process and finished goods, supporting defect investigations, and collaborating with Engineering and Operations.
ShiftSunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize Olympus MX‑50 microscopes and other precision inspection tools to perform defect inspections on advanced probing technology products.
- Conduct in‑process and finished goods inspections to ensure materials and products meet quality and customer requirements.
- Identify, document, and generate reports for nonconforming materials or products.
- Coordinate with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to investigate root causes and support corrective actions.
- Validate outgoing product data for accuracy and compliance with customer specifications, update inspection results and inventory records in quality systems.
- Capture and document inspection images for analysis, traceability, and reporting.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate inspection and quality records.
- Use hand tools to assemble, inspect, and adjust mechanical assemblies as required.
- Work collaboratively within a shift‑based team environment while meeting daily inspection and production targets.

Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience. Operative or Technician roles may involve more complex machinery/processes.
Pay RangeLivermore, California: $22.10 – $29.03 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
