IPG is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and sustain QA systems at the Blythewood tape manufacturing facility. You will drive continuous improvement, partner with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain, and serve as the primary on-site voice for quality.
The role requires 5+ years in quality with 3+ years in supervision, plus 5+ years in manufacturing (paper preferred). Strong communication, data analytics, and Lean/Six Sigma experience are essential.
