Quality Technician
! The base pay range for this position is$20 - $22 /hr and is eligible for our full benefits package
, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this Full-Time position is 7:00 AM– 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
. This position will work on-site at our facility in Lancaster, with training completed on a first shift schedule.

All America Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of threaded products, and we are currently seeking an experienced Quality Technician
. This role will report to the
Quality Manager
and will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, work in process, and finished goods to maintain a high level of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

• Perform random sampling, batch sampling, and quality spot-checks.
• Work with the Operations team to optimize process flow.
• Document and communicate quality issues in a clear and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the appropriate team to reconcile quality issues.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment. Other qualifications include:

• Working knowledge of external thread dimensions and standards.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, gages).
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Experience documenting issues, defects, and errors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and interact in a physically demanding position.
  
  Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary.
