The world's leading enterprises across a spectrum of industries rely on Vistex every day to propel their businesses.

The Quality Assurance Engineer delivers quality assurance for assigned product areas and is responsible for owning quality outcomes from test planning through release validation. • Design comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and edge case scenarios.
  • Write and maintain automated tests within the team's testing frameworks.
  • Identify quality risks early in the development process and propose mitigation approaches.
  • Collaborate with developers on testability, defect resolution, and integration validation.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to find issues beyond planned test cases.
  • Mentor associate-level QA team members on testing techniques and tools.
  • Contribute to test infrastructure improvements and process refinements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or manager within the scope of the role.
  • Strong knowledge of test methodologies, test design techniques, and the defect lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in test automation and the team's testing frameworks.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into comprehensive test strategies.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication with developers, product team, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentoring instinct for less experienced QA team members.
