Quality Control Inspector Job Description As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting composite materials with irregular geometry, 3D printed parts, cable assemblies, machine parts, and printed circuit board assemblies. Your daily tasks will involve sitting at a desk and using various tools to conduct inspections of incoming parts from suppliers, ensuring the highest level of supplier quality.
- Inspect incoming parts with a focus on supplier quality.
- Utilize basic hand metrology equipment such as calipers, pin gauges, and thread gauges.
- Handle documentation through paper and electronic means using Microsoft productivity software.
- Present nonconformances to a multifunctional team both virtually and in-person.
- Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes.
- Experience with inspection tools and visual inspection.
- Ability to perform parts inspection using calipers and other metrology equipment.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO
9001, or any quality certification is desirable.

Work EnvironmentThe position is located at a desk on the production floor, utilizing basic hand metrology equipment and various inspection tools in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Job Type LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Stafford, Virginia.
Pay and BenefitsPay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
