How

you'll make an impact
  • Perform a variety of electrical tests, including power factor, low and high‑power, impulse, special, standard, and temperature‑run testing.
  • Collect and analyze standard and G&O liquid samples.
  • Calibrate testing instruments and maintain accurate test equipment performance.
  • Create certified test reports using computerized systems.
  • Troubleshoot test equipment and support repairs, modifications, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to communicate findings and resolve technical issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in team discussions.
  • Assist with cross‑training and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
Your background
  • Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent education in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field with a minimum of two years of electrical studies.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or electrical testing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical testing equipment, instrumentation, and controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to prepare technical reports.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with others, and support overtime requirements, including weekends when needed.
