Incoming Quality Control Specialist Job Overview:
To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States,we are seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Specialists to join our quality assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet our stringent quality standards, thereby supporting smooth production operations and maintaining product excellence.
Essential Functions:
Chemical IQC 1.Be able to independently perform detailed chemical analysis of raw materials.
2.Independently operate: GC, Karl Fisher Analysis, ICP, C-S Analyzer, BET, LPS, etc. 3.Perform and maintain equipment maintenance.
4.Troubleshoot and document equipment issues, implementing appropriate resolutions.
5.Assist in Laboratory audits, qualification, and continuous improvement of laboratory management systems.
6.Complete data processing reports and non-conformance reports based on inspection requirements.
7.Promote and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards.
8.Assist and track MSA and equipment calibration.
9.Demonstrate the ability to conduct method analysis and reevaluate testing procedures to ensure alignment with product and process requirements. 10.Participate in benchmarking activities with headquarters and suppliers to optimize inspection processes and equipment. 11.Promote and maintain cross-functional and inner team collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field; with a preference in Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering. 1-3 years working experience in related fields. Preferred Chemical, automotive, or cell manufacturing background Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills. Preferred Knowledge in MSA, ISO
17025, and CMM 2-dimensional analysis. Proficient in office software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
