About the RoleAs a Laboratory Standards Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our lab operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while directly contributing to innovations that save lives. Whether you’re preparing lab glassware, working with microscopes, or maintaining safety standards, your work will directly support groundbreaking innovations in life sciences. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients and their lifesaving innovations.
WhatYou’ll Do Laboratory Maintenance and Prep
- Take ownership of ensuring that all laboratory glassware and tools are cleaned, inspected, and ready to support critical scientific breakthroughs.
- Perform quality inspections of many different client glassware and components.
- Clean and fill varying client delivery media such as vials and other glassware and bottles following established procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory cleaning to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Use microscopes to manipulate and measure small particulates with precision and care.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including PPE use, proper glove removal, waste disposal, sharps handling, and fire safety protocols.
- Studies and applies cGMP requirements
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals while managing your own projects independently.
- Work effectively inside a cleanroom environment, following strict operational guidelines.
- Previous laboratory experience, including handling glassware, microscopes, or related tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, regimented, and repetitive environment.
- A natural collaborator who thrives in team environments and enjoys contributing to shared success.
- Background in manufacturing or production environments with an emphasis on efficiency and precision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in cleanroom or regulated settings.
