We are seeking a QC Technician II for our First Quality located in McElhattan, PA This position will be responsible for requires an individual that excels in leadership and is a team player with a superb skill set. Beyond the technical qualifications of the position it is important that the individual demonstrates a character with strong family values and a willingness to build a solid working relationship with hands-on ownership
Primary Responsibilities- Follows all Safety Rules and Safety Policies at NDI
- Exhibits a thorough understanding of NDI's Quality Policy
- Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations
- Maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of the laboratory
- Correctly performs and understands quality testing requirements
- Follows existing procedures applying to the Quality System
- Performs testing on Production samples at specified sampling frequencies
- Responsible for updating the hold status of materials
- Enters required test results into the Quality Data System
- Provide support for correcting non-conformances
- Provide support regarding documentation, raw materials, chemicals and equipment necessary for performing Quality functions
- Supports activities as assigned in the following areas
- Raw material verification
- Labeling/packaging approval & release
- First piece inspection
- Performs other duties as assigned
