Concrete Management Trainee

• Learn and apply concrete production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with plant and field teams to support daily operations and logistics.
• Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service activities.

• This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at concrete plants and construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in outdoor environments and around heavy equipment.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around construction sites and production facilities for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
• Occasional climbing, bending, and kneeling may be required.
