Senior Quality Engineer

You will work at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept to delivery. • Lead development and maintenance of quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate quality across the product lifecycle
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address risks
• Support new product introduction with strong quality planning
• Lead training initiatives to strengthen quality awareness and capability
• Investigate customer concerns and deliver timely, effective resolutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
• Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 (IATF experience a plus)
• Expertise in root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
• Experience with SPC, FMEA, and control plans
• Certification in CQE or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred
