The QA Agent will be responsible for testing pre-release video games and reporting on usability and bugs to ensure the best possible player experience.
Responsibilities:Test video games to identify and document bugs and issues.
Provide detailed reports on bugs, including steps to reproduce, severity, and potential suggestions for resolution.
Work closely with development teams to follow up on issues and verify fixes.
Assist in developing test plans and test cases based on game design documents and requirements.
Ensure that games function correctly across various hardware and software configurations.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the games being tested and the specifics of the test work.
Qualifications:Must reside within commuting distance of Erie, PA or be able to reliably commute to our Erie office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Passion for video games and an understanding of gaming platforms (PC and consoles).
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
