This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our Amerisource Bergen business.
** Shift Details:
** Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
** Pay Details:** $ 25.00/HR
** Responsibility:
*** Coordinates the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to preserve accurate maintenance of the enterprise quality management system.
* Traces corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and remediation tasks to collaborate with professional staff in recording critical compliance timelines.
* Compiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements to reinforce seamless internal and external inspection activities.
* Enters daily data and checks routine validation of quality metrics within established databases to guard reporting accuracy and traceability.
* Resolves standard administrative quality inquiries and workflow interruptions to preserve day-to-day operational continuity across the department.
* Coordinates communication between operational teams and quality management to reinforce the timely exercises and tracing of required compliance training.

* Education:

*** High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Associate's degree in business administration, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
*
* Work Experience:

*** 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or a related field required.
* Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) or equivalent preferred. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.
