QA Specialist - Analyst/Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Peco Foods, Inc. is seeking a dedicated FSQA technician to execute daily activities of the FSQA department on their assigned shift.
You will ensure safety policies, participate in audits, and support the hold and release program to protect product quality. You will train hourly team members, verify compliance with HACCP/GMP, assist with sampling (ATP/APC), and collaborate with plant management on continuous improvement.
