Are you a licensed real estate agent who knows you’re capable of more — but feels stuck, unsupported, or misled by big promises that never materialized?

I lead a successful, high-producing real estate team based in Henderson, NV, and we’re selectively growing.

We’re looking for agents who don’t want to live deal-to-deal or paycheck-to-paycheck anymore — agents with goals, dreams, and a strong work ethic who want the systems, mentorship, and culture to actually reach them.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
