Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Cobia Cove, a 228-unit apartment community in Holiday, FL. You will assist the Community Manager with daily operations and resident relations to maintain stable occupancy and high service standards.
This on-site role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, Section 8/Section 42 or market-rate experience preferred, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
