The NRP Group is seeking a Community Assistant at our BRAND NEW lease-up, The Pullman, in Irving, TX. Under the Community Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating all aspects of property operations and supporting the Manager in their absence.
You will help manage leasing, show apartments, process paperwork, and assist with renewals and marketing. A high school diploma is required;
Yardi experience and LIHTC knowledge are a plus.
