Real estate transactions are some of the most important moments in people's lives. Behind every successful closing is a team that values accuracy, communication, and exceptional customer service.

At American Abstract Title Company you'll be part of a collaborative team where your work truly matters. Whether you're beginning your career in the title industry or looking to grow your escrow experience, we provide an environment where you can learn, build lasting relationships, and develop your career.

We're proud of the culture we've built—one that values teamwork over ego, quality over shortcuts, and people over process. • Prepare letters, forms, checks, closing documents, and other escrow‑related documentation
  • Assist with residential and commercial real estate closings from opening through post‑closing
  • Execute escrow instructions and contractual requirements, including holding and disbursing funds and legal documents
  • Review deeds, assignments, mortgages, and related documents for accuracy and compliance with escrow instructions, company policies, and legal requirements
  • Enter and maintain accurate transaction information within escrow software systems
  • Generate closing documents and verify data prior to closing
  • File, record, and deliver deeds and other legal documents with the appropriate agencies
  • Process disbursements for taxes, insurance, mortgage payoffs, and other closing‑related expenses
  • Order third‑party services, including title requirements, surveys, termite inspections, insurance, and other services as required by the real estate contract or lender instructions.
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, real estate professionals, attorneys, and internal team members throughout the closing process
  • Answer customer questions and resolve routine issues with professionalism and accuracy
  • Review transaction reports and payment allocations to identify and correct discrepancies
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files while meeting established deadlines
  • Support Escrow Officers and perform additional duties as needed to ensure exceptional service

Note:

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
