The successful Property Manager must have apartment and / or residential management experience. This individual must be professional with excellent communication skills. Proper conduct is essential. The ideal candidate possesses:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional management and leasing skills to fill a full-time Property Manager role at two apartment communities: a 76-unit senior living complex and a 72-unit family complex Brownwood, TX.
The starting salary for this position is depending on experience, from $45,000 to $50,000 pr year, depending on experience, PLUS monthly performance bonuses that can top out at $800 / month/ $9,600 per year. We have excellent PTO benefits, and employer-subsidized health insurance worth $505 per month.
** Affordable housing experience is preferred, particularly experience with tax credit.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be customer service and team oriented, self-directed and motivated, and will possess excellent communication and computer skills. You will be responsible for the financial performance and physical condition at assigned properties. Some after-hour work for routing emergency calls is required.

Successful Managers come from various backgrounds including: apartment management, sales positions, office administration, and real estate school graduates.
As a Property Manager, you will be a valuable member of the management team. A manager of an Integra-Peak property has responsibilities that fall into four (4) primary categories:
- Attracting residents to property and helping make sure they remain
- Overseeing the property’s physical condition
- Coordinating with property compliance specialist as needed
In addition to the skills listed above, Managers are responsible for budget and key control as well as enforcing occupancy policies and procedures, preparing occupancy and reports, and continuing apartment management education/training. You will deal directly and consistently with the residents at our properties to analyze and resolve issues. Resolving issues must be done on time and in an efficient manner – both timely and accurately with a sense of urgency and with resident & owner/management focus.
Salary& Benefits
The starting base salary for this position is $40,000 per year, PLUS bonuses, and will include 40 hours each week. We have a very competitive compensation package that includes excellent PTO benefits, monthly occupancy and rent revenue bonuses (up to $800 per month / $9,600 per year), annual performance-based bonuses, and employer paid health insurance.
