Are you a natural leader who loves creating vibrant communities and delivering exceptional resident service? We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead the daily operations of our 264-unit upscale apartment community in Covington, LA:
Artesia apartments.

What You’ll Do- Lead the day-to-day operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience by responding to questions and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
- Inspire and work closely with your maintenance and leasing teams to keep the community running smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- Oversee property maintenance, coordinate repairs and capital improvements, and maintain outstanding curb appeal.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate resident, lease, and financial records.
- Market available apartment homes and help drive occupancy.
- Build lasting relationships with residents to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports and monitor community performance metrics.
- Previous experience in property management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of leasing and apartment operations.
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Experience overseeing property maintenance is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and App Folio is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
