Location: Northern
Greystar seeks a Leasing Consultant at our Peoria, AZ community to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process, including credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.
You will collaborate with maintenance and office teams, monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and work toward renewals while providing excellent service to residents and prospects alike.
