What You’ll DoAs Assistant Community Manager
, you will play a key role in the operational success of the property and the satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supports the overall marketing and leasing efforts for the property
- Prepare monthly survey reports to analyze real estate trends and local market conditions
- Posting and reconciling transactions from receipts, invoices, and other documentation
- Maintaining resident files and systems
- Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community
- Assisting residents and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
- Supervising leasing and maintenance teams in the absence of the Community Manager
- 2–3 years of experience in property management within the multi-family industry
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and task orientation
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Monthly move-in, renewal, delinquency and Satis Facts survey bonuses
- Owner and operator of our national portfolio
- 17 Days of PTO in your first year with an additional day of PTO every year thereafter (PTO is accrued - up to 5 days (40 hours) of unused PTO may carry over to the following year)
- 7 Days of Sick time (accrual based and resets annually. 100% of unused sick time may be carried over to the following year)
