As a Leasing Consultant you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in the leasing and sales process. Your excellent customer service and strong sales skills will help attract and retain residents as we strive to grow our communities. • Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner both in person and over the phone.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing amenities and available units.
• Answer questions and provide information about leasing terms, pricing, and property policies.
• Assist in processing lease applications and conducting background checks.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
• Support resident retention efforts through effective communication and relationship-building.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a combination of an Associate’s Degree and 1 year of relevant work experience or a High School diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience will be required. Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their CALP designation.
• Experience: Prior experience in property management, leasing, sales or customer service is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a must. Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
• Software: Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Other Attributes:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid, state issued, driver’s license is required.
