BGRE seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end design for tenant projects in New York. You will guide space planning, test fits, and furniture selections, while aligning with brand standards and budget.
Collaborate with design, Real Estate Experience, asset management, and construction teams to deliver relocation, feasibility studies, FF&E, and capital improvements. You will manage multiple concurrent projects with consultants, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
