THE ROLE

The Senior Property Manager is accountable for the operational, financial, and tenant relations performance of commercial office properties both company-owned and third-party managed. You'll exercise independent judgment within company policy, budget, and regulatory frameworks, with the overriding objective of maximizing return on investment-grade assets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee day-to-day building and grounds operations; recommend and execute annual business plans and operating budgets
  • Manage third-party vendor and contractor relationships, including selection, negotiations, quality control, and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships; respond proactively to service requests and issues
  • Administer tenant leases, manage rent collections, pursue receivables, and control payables
  • Produce accurate financial and statistical reporting using corporate accounting systems
  • Lead on-site risk management including insurance compliance, safety programs and incident follow-up
  • Partner with Leasing, Development, and internal teams on space readiness and due-diligence activities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a business-related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of demonstrated experience in commercial property or facilities management
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, variance analysis, lease administrat
  • Effective communicator with the interpersonal skills to manage tenant and vendor relationships
  • Comfortable working autonomously while operating within company frameworks and third-party guidelines
