Location: Northern
Dominium is seeking a Development Coordinator to manage the due diligence process for a multifamily portfolio across development stages, from pre-purchase through closing and pre-stabilization, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely completion.
Based in the Dallas area with travel up to 10%, you will coordinate materials for lenders, assist with bond and tax credit applications, and help coordinate post-closing activities and compliance with state agencies.
