Location: Northern
Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst in Real Estate to partner with Investment Managers in managing commercial and residential real estate investments, developing asset strategies, analyzing major leasing decisions and conducting feasibility studies to drive value.
You will support quarterly and annual property reports and budgets for a portfolio of assets, coordinate annual business plans, and collaborate with third-party management, lenders and consultants. Some travel may be required.
